Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Accuracy Backflow website and the services offered through it, including prepaid online payments. By using this website, submitting a request, or completing a prepaid payment, you agree to these terms.
Website Requests Are Not Appointments
Submitting a contact, quote or service request through this website does not constitute confirmation of an appointment or acceptance of a service agreement. Service is scheduled once confirmed by our office.
Wylie Prepaid Residential Irrigation Testing
The following payment and cancellation terms apply to the Wylie Residential Irrigation Special ($65 prepaid online testing offer) and any similar prepaid testing payments accepted through this website.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
Cancellations made before the technician has been dispatched are fully refundable.
Dispatch / No-Access Trip Charge
If the technician has been dispatched or arrives and the device cannot be accessed or testing cannot be completed or rescheduled due to site conditions, a $50 trip charge will be retained and the remaining prepaid amount refunded.
Failed Tests
If the device is tested and fails, fees remain earned.
Repairs and Retests Not Included
Repairs and retest fees are separate and are not included in the prepaid testing fee.
Online Processing Fees
Online payments made through PayPal or Venmo may include a $2.50 processing fee applied at checkout. Processing fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable except where required by law or by the payment provider’s own refund policy.
General Service Terms
- Quotes and pricing communicated by our office apply to the specific service type and scope confirmed for your property.
- Same-day service is only available on a case-by-case basis and may carry an additional cost.
- Certificate filing with the applicable water district is included only where expressly stated for the purchased service.
